First Advance terms and conditions are exclusively governed by the laws of South Africa. These courts will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute. We do however have the right to pursue proceeding in other jurisdictions.
The User agrees without regard to any contrary law that any claim arising out of this website or its services must be filed within One year after which such claim will be forever barred.
First advance is in the process of registering with the National Credit regulator. As a result of the Lend and Drive model it had its registration revoked. First advance maintains absolute integrity and follows best business practice to ensure safety and transparency to its clients
